What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Develop WBS, baseline schedules, milestones, and activity plans.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly progress and prepare DPR, WPR & MPR.
- Conduct site visits and verify actual progress against planned schedules.
- Monitor manpower, resources, and material availability.
- Identify delays, analyze critical paths, and recommend recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, contractors, procurement, and logistics.
- Prepare MOMs and follow up on action points.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project and MS Excel.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good planning, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in real estate/building construction preferred.
