QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2. License is an advantage
3. With at least 2-5 years of relevant experience as Planning Engineer
4. With knowledge on Primavera P6

DESCRIPTION

• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project plans and schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Identify project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to define tasks, resources, and timelines.
• Assess and allocate resources (e.g., manpower, materials, equipment) effectively to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Identify any resource bottlenecks or conflicts and propose solutions.
• Assist in estimating project costs and developing budgets.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the budget and recommend corrective actions if needed.
