What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Create Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and post-commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
- Monitor progress against scheduled milestones and report on variances to stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field within the oil & gas industry.
- Proficiency in creating WBS and scheduling projects using Primavera P6 software.
- Strong understanding of S-Curve methodology for forecasting future performance based on historical data.
