PLANNING ENGINEER

About the role

Responsible for attending and listing events, observations, audit countermeasure in coordination with PC, QC & Assembly and responsible for smooth turnover of DCS documents, master schedule and production preparation plan, jigs, machine and equipment use for current projects to meet production schedules, and provide visibility of hindrance that will cause delays.

Key responsibilities

• Prepares Purchase Orders for APE-Planning, receives and assist Purchase Requests by APE and submits, process PR request to Accounting & Purchasing department
• Encodes, prepares, updates, and maintains all documents, reports, records and payment to supplier
• Works effectively with concerned departments/sections in issuing requested items
• Monitors Purchase request, Purchase order number issuance, ETA and ETD or even delay items by APE and report to superior
• Monitors arrival/delivery of items to PU and to suppliers for pre-arrange and all APE purchases
• Coordinates with internal and external customers and suppliers regarding deliveries and other concerns
