Planning Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Build detailed project baselines, work breakdown structures, and look-ahead schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Progress Monitoring: Track daily or weekly site accomplishments and evaluate their impact on the overall timeline.
• Resource Management: Plan manpower, equipment, and material loading while forecasting cash flow.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project delays or bottlenecks and propose effective recovery plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients through progress reports and meetings.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on background in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and data analysis.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication.
