Manpowergroup Greece , on behalf of its client, an International Design and Build Group specializing in complex buildings is looking for a Planning Engineer. 📌Location: Athens

📍 Working Model: On Site

🖋️Reporting to: Operations Manager

Your work will include: The Planning Engineer will play a key role in the successful delivery of major design & build projects, supporting the full project lifecycle from early design stages to completion.

More specifically:

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules for design & build projects.
• Collaborate during the design phase to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency.
• Manage schedules for complex, interconnected projects, including resource allocation and cost control.
• Implement schedule adjustments as needed to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Manage the progress measurement system and produce accurate reporting for project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within construction or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MS Project and Primavera.
• Strong technical mindset and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and rigor in demanding project environments.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
