Planning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team and manage planning and progress monitoring for multiple Interior Fit-Out projects.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and monitor multiple Interior Fit-Out projects simultaneously.

Prepare and update baseline programs, detailed schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.

Track project progress against planned schedules, identifying delays, risks, and critical activities.

Develop a consolidated dashboard showing the progress and status of multiple projects.

Collect and analyze progress updates from project teams and sites.

Track design approvals, shop drawings, material approvals, procurement, site execution, snagging, and handover milestones.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, KPIs, S-curves, and management reports.

Conduct delay analysis and coordinate recovery actions with Project Managers and Site Teams.

Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Commercial, and QA/QC teams to ensure accurate progress reporting.

Present project status, delays, risks, and completion forecasts to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

3–5+ years of UAE Planning Engineer experience.

Interior Fit-Out experience is mandatory.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong experience with Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Ability to create and maintain a consolidated dashboard for multiple projects.

Good knowledge of project scheduling, progress tracking, critical path, delay analysis, and recovery planning.

F&B, Retail, Commercial, or Hospitality Fit-Out experience is a strong advantage.

Power BI/dashboard reporting experience is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
