What they need
We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and construction management within reputable UAE main contracting companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
- Track project progress and identify potential delays and risks
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of project activities
- Prepare progress reports and schedule analysis for management and clients
- Support project controls and construction management activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Planning Engineer
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6
- Proven experience in Project Planning & Scheduling
- Knowledge of Construction Management practices
- Mandatory experience with UAE main contracting companies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
