Planning Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of total professional experience, including at least 5 years of GCC experience.

-Preferred experience from MARINE, Oil & Gas Industry in GCC.

• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is mandatory.
• Proven experience in preparation and management of baseline programmes, tender programmes, detailed construction schedules, resource and manpower loading, progress monitoring, look-ahead programmes, progress updates and recovery programmes.
• Experience in claims, variations, EOT submissions, delay analysis and time-impact analysis are highly preferred.
• Good understanding of construction methodologies, activity sequencing, productivity and resource requirements.
• Experience in marine construction, earthworks and infrastructure projects will be highly preferred.
• Candidates should be capable of supporting both tender-stage planning and post-award project planning and monitoring, as required.
• Good reporting and coordination skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
