Job Title: Scheduler
Location: Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands
Employment Type: Full‑time, Onsite Assignment

Job Summary
The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules to support ongoing operations on Kwajalein Atoll. The role ensures that all planning, sequencing, resource loading, and progress monitoring align with project objectives, contract requirements, and site constraints. The Scheduler works closely with project managers, engineering teams, procurement, and site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.
• Prepare baseline schedules, including work breakdown structures and critical path analyses.
• Track progress, identify variances, and provide corrective action recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure accurate schedule inputs.
• Create weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and look‑ahead plans.
• Monitor resource allocation and forecast labor, equipment, and material requirements.
• Support change management by analyzing schedule impacts for variations, delays, or scope changes.
• Participate in regular project meetings and present schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Support compliance with contract obligations, client reporting standards, and site operational protocols.
• Maintain documentation ensuring schedule integrity, version control, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a scheduler in construction, engineering, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project experience is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
• Experience working in remote or logistically challenging project sites is an asset.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
