Planning Engineer

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Planning Engineer to drive schedule management, progress monitoring, and resource optimization across our major water infrastructure portfolio while staying directly involved in project baseline development and critical path analysis on site.

Job Requirements

• Experience Level: 3–5+ years of planning and scheduling experience in civil infrastructure and water treatment projects.
• Hands-on Technical Capability: Proven ability to build, update, and manage complex baseline schedules while remaining actively engaged with site teams to track actual progress versus planned targets.
• Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with strong skills in S-curve preparation, delay analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Water Infrastructure Expertise: Deep understanding of construction logic, sequencing, and lead times for water treatment plants (WTP/STP), piping networks, and hydraulic structures.
• Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) preferred.
• Leadership: Strong analytical skills, clear executive reporting, and effective communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
