Planning Engineer

• Prepare and maintain project schedules using approved drawings, BOQ, project milestones, and execution plans.
• Monitor day-to-day project progress and ensure activities are progressing as per the planned schedule.
• Prepare and maintain Plan vs. Actual progress reports and identify delays or deviations.
• Coordinate with Site Execution, Billing, MEP, Procurement, and other teams to track project progress.
• Identify critical activities, delays, and potential bottlenecks and highlight them to the project team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
• Track RCC, structural, finishing, MEP, and other construction activities against the project schedule.
• Monitor labour, material, and resource deployment in relation to planned progress.
• Assist in preparing recovery plans whenever the project falls behind schedule.
• Maintain updated schedules based on actual site progress and changes in project requirements.
• Coordinate with site teams to collect accurate progress data and validate actual achievements.
• Ensure proper tracking of milestones, targets, and completion dates.

Technical Knowledge Required

• Good knowledge of RCC and structural construction activities.
• Understanding of excavation, foundation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and related RCC activities.
• Good understanding of finishing activities such as plastering, tiling, painting, flooring, doors/windows, waterproofing, etc.
• Basic understanding of MEP coordination and services will be an advantage.
• Understanding of construction sequences and interdependencies between different activities.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
