Planning Engineer

Job Summary

Develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of highway and infrastructure projects.

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to develop and manage project schedules for our highway and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project

• Monitor progress against baseline and prepare schedule variance reports

• Conduct critical path analysis and resource levelling

• Prepare look-ahead plans and milestone tracking reports

• Coordinate with all departments for schedule inputs and updates

• Support bid planning and proposal scheduling activities

  Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 5-7 years of experience in project planning for infrastructure projects

• Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project

• Strong understanding of highway construction methodologies

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills

  Preferred

• PMP certification

• Experience with earned value management (EVM)

• Knowledge of BIM and 4D scheduling
