Experience: 816 Years
Eligibility:
- B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
- End-to-End Project Planning – Mandatory
- Primavera P6 / MS Project – Mandatory
- High-Rise / Residential / Commercial Construction experience preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end planning from project commencement to completion.
- Prepare Master, Baseline & Detailed Project Schedules.
- Prepare WBS, Look-Ahead & Recovery Schedules.
- Monitor project progress vs. planned targets.
- Prepare S-Curves, MIS & progress reports.
- Track critical path, delays & project milestones.
- Coordinate with Construction, QS, Contracts, Procurement & Consultants.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare mitigation plans.
