Project Location: Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh & Greater Noida
Project Type: High-Rise Building Construction
Project Value: 300 Crore+
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 812 years of relevant experience in construction planning and project scheduling, preferably in large-scale building projects.
- Mandatory experience in planning and monitoring major project valued at 300 Crore or above.
- Mandatory hands-on planning experience in high-rise building construction projects.
- Experience in baseline preparation, critical path analysis, resource planning, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and recovery scheduling.
- Good understanding of high-rise construction sequences, including RCC structure, finishing, faade, and MEP coordination.
- Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Selection Criteria
- Experience in a 300 Crore+ construction project.
- Proven high-rise building project planning experience.
