Job Summary

The Senior Executive MS Project will be responsible for planning, scheduling, tracking, and monitoring project activities using Microsoft Project. The role involves coordination with cross-functional teams, maintaining project timelines, preparing progress reports, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules using MS Project.
• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with different departments for project updates and task completion.
• Monitor project milestones and identify delays or risks.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.
• Support management in project planning and execution activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of project-related activities.
• Follow up with stakeholders for pending tasks and closures.
• Assist in resource planning and project coordination.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting consistency.
