JOB ROLE: PLANNING ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION

📍 Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline, weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
- Compare planned progress with actual progress.
- Identify project delays and prepare recovery schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment requirements.
- Track drawings, approvals, and material availability.
- Monitor quantities, productivity, and project milestones.
- Prepare DPR, WPR, and MPR reports.
- Maintain updated schedules and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.
💻 Required Skills: Microsoft Project, MS Excel, Construction Planning, Progress Monitoring, and Delay Analysis.
