Planning Engineer

We’re Hiring: Senior Plant Planning Administrator | El Salvador

Superior Glove continues to grow its manufacturing operation in El Salvador, and we are looking for a Senior Plant Planning Administrator to join our team at Zona Franca Internacional, Olocuilta .

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that will work directly with the Plant Manager and support several key areas of the operation as we continue building and developing our presence in El Salvador.

Key areas of responsibility

• Purchasing & Local Supplier Support
• Production Planning & Floor Follow-up
• Inventory & Materials Control
• Finance, Systems & Data Administration
• Plant Administration & Cross-Functional Coordination

The position is designed for someone who can independently manage priorities, follow up across different functions, and work closely with local, regional, and Corporate teams. It is an individual contributor role with no direct reports , but with broad responsibility for execution and coordination across the plant. Benchmark Plant Coordinator

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations , or a related field
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in a structured manufacturing environment
• Experience with production planning, inventory, purchasing, materials, or plant administration
• Experience using an ERP system
• Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-growing environment
• Basic working English is preferred for written communication and business terminology Benchmark Plant Coordinator

Experience with NetSuite, manufacturing master data, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, inventory control, or start-up operations would be a strong asset.
