Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities :

Core Competencies

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Baseline schedule preparation, & development, activity
• sequencing, milestone planning, look-ahead planning, and schedule updates.
• Project Controls: Critical path monitoring, progress tracking, variance analysis, delay
• analysis, EOT documentation, cost control, and productivity monitoring.
• Reporting & Coordination: DPR, progress dashboards, client coordination,
• consultant follow-up, subcontractor coordination, and site execution support.
• Commercial & Quantity Functions: Quantity surveying, BOQ review, cost estimation, client
• Billing, subcontractor billing, measurement sheets, billing documentation.
• Software Tools: MS Project (MSP), AutoCAD, MS Excel,

Preferred candidate profile : Immediate Joiner will be preferred.

• Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to guide teams.
• Expertise in project scheduling, resource planning, and BOQ analysis.
• Excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance.

Education: Diploma OR B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.E./M.Tech preferred).

• . Eperience: 2-10 years in contracting firms handling residential, commercial, or Highrise projects.
