Planning Engineer – High-Rise Construction

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for high-rise building projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and update baseline schedules using Primavera P6.
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor actual site progress against approved project schedules.
• Identify project delays and prepare recovery and mitigation plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and consultants.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction managers, subcontractors, and site engineers.
• Prepare S-curves, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts.
• Assist with extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction experience.
• High-rise building construction experience is mandatory.
• Main contractor experience is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Experience in baseline scheduling, progress monitoring, and recovery planning.
• Knowledge of EOT claims and delay analysis.
• Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills.
• Must be currently available in the UAE.
