Planning Engineer I

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and analyze S-curves, manpower and equipment loading reports, and project progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
• Review construction drawings and technical documents to support project planning and scheduling.
• Assist in resource planning, progress billing, and cost monitoring.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
• Perform other duties related to project planning and monitoring as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Civil Engineer (RCE).
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in construction planning, scheduling, or project controls.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and construction scheduling principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and PlanSwift is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites as required.
