Planning Engineer – Landscape/ Pool exp

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programmes, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Monitor project progress against timelines, milestones, and contractual requirements.
• Track delays, risks, and constraints, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
• Update schedules based on actual site progress and project changes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, procurement teams, and site teams to

track project activities.

• Monitor progress of landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, water feature, and civil

works.

• Support delay analysis, EOT submissions, and project recovery planning.
• Maintain project records,schedules, reports, and planning documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
  • Experience in landscaping projects is preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction planning methods, project timelines, and resource

  management.

  Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
  • Good understanding of project controls, progress tracking, and schedule management.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.

  Requirements

  • Knowledge of UAE construction practices and project documentation.
  • Experience with landscaping, irrigation, swimming pool, or civil projects is an advantage.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
