Planning Engineer (PMO)

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and project progress updates.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays or schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Site teams to collect progress updates.
• Track engineering deliverables, material procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify potential schedule risks and support the Project Manager in developing recovery and mitigation plans.
• Follow up on outstanding activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Update schedules for approved changes, variations, and revised project requirements.
• Maintain accurate project planning and progress records.
• Participate in project coordination and progress meetings and provide planning updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in planning, project controls, or a similar role.
• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, EPC, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Good analytical, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Female candidates are preferred.
