What they need
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project planning / construction planning.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects preferred.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Able to prepare and update project schedules, baseline programmes, progress reports, and look-ahead schedules.
- Able to monitor actual progress against planned progress and identify delays.
- Experience preparing S-curves, progress reports, manpower/resource histograms and recovery programmes.
- Able to coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred/required for communication with Chinese-speaking management and project personnel.
- Good command of English.
- Willing to work at the project site in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
