Planning Engineer - SS

Master Schedule Creation: Develop, update, and maintain detailed Project Baseline Schedules (Level 3/Level 4) using Primavera P6 or MS Project. S-Curve & KPI Tracking: Generate and analyze physical progress S-Curves, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, and schedule variance (SV) reports. Critical Path Method (CPM): Perform regular CPM analysis to identify bottleneck sequences (e.g., long-lead inverter delays or grid connection approvals) and propose mitigation plans. Executive Dashboards: Prepare clear Daily, Weekly, and Monthly progress reports for internal leadership and external clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications Degree: Bachelor s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. A certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-SP) is a major asset. Experience: 6+ years of planning and scheduling experience, with at least 2 years explicitly dedicated to utility-scale Solar PV projects.
