PLANNING ENGINEER/EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and coordinate production, maintenance, refractory and consumable purchase planning and schedules.
2. Coordinate with operation and maintenance team to match the spare part or consumable delivery schedules with operation planning and product delivery.
3. Monitor planning progress, material requirements and operational needs and follow up on outstanding matters.
4. Monitor operational progress and highlight potential issues that may affect production plans or schedules.
5. Prepare operation and maintenance planning and performance reports for management.
6. Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely submission of information, records and follow-up actions.
7. Prepare and maintain Product Work Orders.
8. Maintain ad update planning records, schedules and related documentation.
9. Involve with ISO 9001 management system.
10. Support continuous improvement and other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in planning, production coordination.
3. Knowledge or experience in ISO 9001 / QMS is an advantage.
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
