Planning Engineer(Site)

Plan updates Daily progress updates to be captured from site team and updated on the platform. o Assist Client in L3/L4/L5 schedule preparation, updates, and breakdown into weekly work plans.

• Validate sequencing, dependencies, critical path items, and ensure plan reflects actual site realities.
• Maintain alignment between Baseline vs L2 vs Site Plan using mapped fields
• Assist in plan exports, managing their P6/MSP Schedules, and providing the required outputs.
• BIM Model linking for 4D visualisation. BIM Model management to offer expert advice to ensure model outputs are realised effectively.
• Develop User-Guides / Reference Manuals / Presentations / Reports based on Client requirements to constantly ensure outputs are being delivered.
• Execute Drone Flights and 360* Camera site walk for Reality Capture (weekly) if opted for the project by the Client.
• system training Web and Mobile App to users as required by Client.
• Management reporting to Client team on project status, implementation status, blockers or issues that need escalation, and overall health-check.
• Develop and share work processes for the client team.
• Daily check of PowerBi Dashboards developed to ensure data sanity.
• Make changes in dashboards if required and within PowerBi skills.
• Run morning & evening stand ups with site teams for plan vs actual updates.
• Be the first-level resolver for runtime issues, data gaps, user errors o Provide gap analysis and recommendations on a monthly basis to ensure alignment and success of implementation.
• Act as a driver, not enabler you’re responsible for success, not just support!
• Coordinate with Support team at HO for assistance and updates.
• Back-end and related technical work to support application by recording issues, raising tickets, and following-up internally with the team.
