Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparation of project plan & project budget
• Implementation of project plan & ensures logical sequencing of plan based on resources
• Resource planning, arrangement & allocation as per the project plan
• Monitor construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
• Prepare method statements & submits to clients/consultants for approval
• Prepare time cycle charts of major activities of work
• Analyze the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas needing attention for the action of the project team.
• Initiate and assist in conclusion and closure of change requests with all key stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+Years in Real Estate Industry
• B.E- Civil / NICMAR
• Location: Goregaon (East)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Strong understanding of construction planning principles, real estate development processes, high rise building projects.
