What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop project schedules using Primavera P6, MSP, and MS Project.
Create detailed project plans, including Gantt charts and resource allocation.
Hands on experience in Project Planning, Budgeting (BTC and CTC) and Costing.
Coordinate with Client.
Coordinate with sub - contractors for work plan.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress against planned timelines.
Identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field (civil engineering background preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data analysis and reporting purposes, SAP knowledge is must.
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders.
