Planning Manager

Job Responsibility (Major Job)

• Direct and oversee sales operations to ensure achievement of sales targets and company growth objectives.
• Coordinate with customers and supervise subordinates in providing customer services, including sales support, quotation preparation, order management, and other related activities.
• Supervise and guide subordinates in production planning to ensure alignment with customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Supervise and oversee subordinates in managing materials, inventories, and finished goods to ensure alignment with production plans and sales requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Science, or other related fields.
• At least 10 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing industry and OEM (Consumer Product)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage, motivate, and develop team members.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and maintain positive business relationships.
• Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management, particularly in raw material planning and inventory control
• Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of product costing, pricing strategies, and sales target management
• Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo ERP.
