If you’re passionate about building resilient supply chains, eliminating bottlenecks, and making a direct impact on profitability, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Scheduling & Master Planning: Own and update the monthly Master Planning Schedule (MPS) in SAP, ensuring timely forecast uploads, accurate planned order creation, and aligned pull lists based on Marketing and Export forecasts.
- Order Fulfillment & Supply Continuity: Guarantee timely and sufficient supply of finished goods for both local and export markets to maximize order fulfillment rates and achieve target Customer Service Levels (ISO standards).
- Inventory & Stock Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance supply security with working capital targets, actively working with Sales & Marketing to minimize slow-moving inventory and prevent order cancellations.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Drive end-to-end alignment across Production, Marketing, NPD, and Sales to handle new product introductions, line deletions, and schedule updates seamlessly.
- Process Optimization & Compliance: Continuously monitor production schedules, track unfulfilled stock metrics, prepare executive performance reports, and ensure all operational processes adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership & Management: Supervise, coach, and support direct and indirect team members to ensure smooth operational workflow and high output quality.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5–8 years of proven experience in Planning and Supply Chain planning operations.
- Proactive problem solver with an ability to anticipate supply chain bottlenecks, analyze operational pitfalls, and implement effective process improvements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across production, marketing, and commercial teams.
- High achievement orientation, well-organized, highly resourceful, and committed to meeting both inventory efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
