It is developing a factory setup as separate cost centre, were Precast elements will be produced on order from various projects internally as per demands and This facility will also be equipped with Aluminium Doors / Windows production facility for various projects internally as per demands.

Your Roles & Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to add value to Standard Product Center team through the role as Planning Head of Team. This role will manifest from Production Control Planning value chain from inception stage at TDD, GFC stage and conclude with successful production capacity of each production facility. Role will be responsible to help manufacturing heads running multiple production facilities on full production capacity, identifying the risk and mitigating the risk, cost effective production system controls and cost control measures.

Job Description

The role involves assisting the precast team in production planning from inception stage to hand over. Co-ordination with all departments at internally and external agencies to avoid project delays and suggest corrective measures.

Project Planning

• Understand the scope of the work
• Construct a network of work appropriate for the specific production facility
• Create a logical sequence out of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
• Establish the critical path for the project
• Create a Master Project schedule. Identify the best series of events in the correct order for the project to finish on time and on budget
• Prepare the construction schedule & highlight anticipated delays/deviancies in advance
• Analyse the gaps between the planned V/s actual and highlight the areas needing attention for action of the project team
• Prepare method statement & submits to consultants for approval
• Assist in laying down methodology for project execution and incorporate quality-initiated changes
• Coordinating with Engineers, Consultants and PMC to get the work done at site
• Define and supervise the process of relation between production and logistics for ease of operations
• Supervise the complete ERP process for production department.

Project Schedule and Monitoring

• Monitor the progress of the production at different stages of its development
• Make sure the achieved progress on the production fits the progress anticipated in the schedule
• Provide advice to concerned parties involved in the project on delays/ deviations observed
• Ensure that all the separate elements of the project fit together and are working towards a common aim
• Review effectiveness
• Timely resolution of issues
