Role : Sr. Manager / Manager Planning (Residential Projects)
Location: Amravati [Andhra Pradesh]
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain master schedules, look-ahead plans, and baseline programs (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Monitor progress vs. plan; prepare variance analysis and recovery plans
- Track productivity of crews and subcontractors; recommend improvements
- Plan manpower, material, and equipment requirements by trade
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management and clients
- Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and QA/QC teams
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Hands-on experience in project planning, monitoring, productivity, labour planning, and scheduling
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel
