Job location : Dubai

• Job Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for electrical infrastructure and cable installation projects using Primavera P6.

• Plan and coordinate project activities, including cable laying, cable installation, cable routing, termination, testing, and commissioning.

• Prepare project baseline schedules, progress reports, look-ahead plans, resource plans, and project timelines.

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify delays and critical path activities, and implement recovery plans to ensure timely completion.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, procurement, site execution, and subcontractor teams to align project activities and resolve scheduling issues.

• Track project milestones, manpower, equipment, and material availability to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, variance analysis, and management reports.

• Identify potential project risks and schedule bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.

Required Candidate Profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within electrical infrastructure projects.

• Mandatory hands-on experience with Primavera P6.

• Must have experience in electrical cable projects, including cable laying, installation, and associated project activities.

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, critical path analysis, baseline planning, progress monitoring, and delay recovery.

• Experience coordinating with site execution, engineering, procurement, and project management teams.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Important: Candidates with relevant electrical infrastructure and cable project planning experience are preferred. No MEP experience is not required.
