Planning Manager

• Knowledge & ability to determine business process where outsourcing demands are necessary at any given period

• Determines funds requirements of the project and manages actual expenses to remain within approved budget.

• Involves collecting and analyzing project information to determine where the project stands and to predict future status and progress. Includes the following:
• -Actively monitor project status-Insist on constructive analyses of variance-Use the plan to manage the project-Hold regular status review meetings-Measure (and report) performance against the plan-Submit status reports on time
• Reviews project cost and manages monitors actual expenses to ensure project remains within established cost parameters; anticipates potential sources of additional costs and recommends appropriate action
• Develops and uses effective strategies, change management and interpersonal skills to influence others toward the accomplishment of identified objectives
• Deliver results by maximizing organizational effectiveness and sustainability. Ensure that the workforce as a whole has the capacity and diversity to meet current and longer-term organizational objectives. Align people, work, and systems with the business strategy to harmonize how they work and what they do. Implement rigorous and comprehensive human and financial resources accountability systems.
