PLANNING MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Managing project planning and the various project stages
• managing the design team
• liaising with the client
• managing schedules
• and coordinating consultants across all parties in accordance with the project phases

Requirements

• Education in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• At least 4–6 years of experience in architecture or structural engineering firms
• Experience in construction execution – an advantage
• Experience managing work teams
• Proactive approach and strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead clients
