Job highlights

• Prepare and manage project master programme and fortnightly / monthly construction schedules .

Required Education & Skills

• Diploma, BTech, or Bachelor of Engr Degree (Civil)
• Minimum 10-15 years experience in the building construction industry with at least 3-5 years in a planning position.
• Candidate with experience of working in a Planning position for hotel projects will be preferred.
• Excellent command of MS Project (knowledge of Primavera is a plus)
• Good technical knowledge of civil construction acquired as construction engineer
• Good ability to read & review drawings
• Good command of English and ability to write minutes of meting and reports
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management
