As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to support one of our new strategic projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a large-scale project by leading planning and scheduling activities, driving project performance, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic and international environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Contribute to project strategy on phasing, sequencing, and resource leveling.
• Develop and optimize the execution schedule during the bid phase.
• Build and maintain the project schedule and time management plan.
• Own the baseline and manage its evolution in line with process rules.
• Create and maintain the planning dashboard and track key planning KPIs.
• Monitor schedule performance, analyze deviations, and report findings.
• Provide the project manager with proposals on acceleration and resource optimization.
• Support the contract manager with records and analyses for contractual claims.
• Contribute to risk & opportunity management through float measurement and analysis.
• Produce and present contractual schedule reports to all stakeholders.
• Challenge and consolidate schedule inputs from all parties.
• Build the as-built schedule at project closeout.
• Contribute to lessons-learned reviews on planning matters.
• Ensure QHSE rules are applied within scope.

Who We Are Looking For

• BSc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 10 years in planning and scheduling for large construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience in water & wastewater treatment sector.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction phasing, sequencing, and resource leveling.
• Experience producing & presenting contractual schedule reports to stakeholders.
• knowledge of civil engineering principles and QHSE standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural project environment.
• Very Good command of English.
