Planning Manager Data Center

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager with strong leadership and hands-on experience in planning and project controls for large-scale Data Center projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and develop master, baseline and detailed project schedules.
• Manage planning activities across the complete project lifecycle from inception to handover.
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, milestones and schedule performance.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, construction, MEP, contractors and vendors.
• Identify schedule risks, delays and bottlenecks and drive mitigation plans.
• Support project budgeting, tendering, procurement planning and change management.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor planning/project controls teams.
• Coordinate testing & commissioning and ensure timely project handover.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15- 18+ years of total experience in construction/project planning.
• 6+ years of Planning Manager / senior planning experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least 2 complete large-scale Data Center projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 OR MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Experience with EPC/contracting companies is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of Civil/MEP construction, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning.
• Strong client, contractor, vendor and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate/travel for project requirements.

Preferred Industry: Data Center / EPC / Construction / MEP / Infrastructure

Education: BE/B.Tech preferred.
