Location: Hyderabad, India

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to join a major Data Center project in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, project controls, and construction management, with the ability to drive project timelines, manage risks, and support successful project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in planning for large-scale civil or building construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Experience in construction methodologies, resource planning, and project monitoring.
• Knowledge of Indian construction contracts, delay analysis, and Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data center or other complex infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules, baseline programmes, and construction timelines.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays and risks.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and commercial teams.
• Develop mitigation plans and support project recovery strategies.
• Manage delay analysis, EOT claims, and time-related contractual matters.
• Lead and mentor the planning team to achieve project milestones.
