Planning Manager HVAC

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular progress monitoring and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring timely updates on project status.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to optimize planning processes.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of schedule planning principles, including Gantt charts, PERT diagrams, and critical path analysis.
• Proficiency in creating detailed project schedules using software such as MS Project or similar tools.
