Planning Manager (Property Development)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to coordinate the development planning process from initial concept through approvals and project delivery.

What You Will Do

• Lead planning activities for multiple property development projects, keeping key milestones and deliverables on track.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to develop project concepts, layouts and design proposals.
• Review plans and drawings against project objectives, development parameters and approval requirements.
• Coordinate applications to relevant authorities and follow up on submissions and approvals.
• Work with consultants, contractors and internal departments to address planning and project issues.
• Provide preliminary input on potential developments, including feasibility, costs and development considerations.
• Coordinate planning matters required for upcoming project launches.
• Monitor project progress and help ensure work proceeds in line with approved plans and applicable requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in property development planning or a similar role.
• Good understanding of the property development process, including design coordination and authority submissions.
• Ability to manage several projects and changing priorities.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
