PLANNING MANAGER – SOLAR PROJECT

☀️ WE ARE HIRING: PLANNING MANAGER – SOLAR PROJECT

📍 Location: Yangon (frequent travel to Nay Pyi Taw and project sites)

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for large-scale solar power projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor EPC progress, milestones, critical paths, and project risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Prepare project progress reports and management dashboards.
• Coordinate regulatory approvals and government relations.
• Lead and mentor planning engineers and project control teams.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 9 years of project planning experience, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6, MS Project, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills in English and Myanmar.
• Experience in government liaison and formal Myanmar administrative writing is an advantage.
• PMP or PMI-SP certification is preferred.
