Planning Officer

About the role

Crossmax Retail Co., Ltd. is looking for a Planning Officer to join our Supply Chain team in Bueng Kum, Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for production planning, demand and supply management, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations within a fast-growing FMCG business.

What you'll be doing

• Plan finished goods production in line with annual and weekly demand forecasts to support sales targets
• Manage Demand & Supply Planning and monitor forecast accuracy
• Calculate and plan raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM) requirements considering MOQ, Lead Time, and Shelf Life
• Control inventory levels of RM, PM, and FG to minimize Out of Stock and Over Stock issues
• Analyze production output against plans and monitor production loss to improve operational efficiency
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Support capacity planning and new product launches (NPD) according to project timelines
• Monitor and manage OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery performance
• Prepare and analyze reports such as Production Plan, Material Requirement, Inventory Report, and related KPIs

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• experience in Production Planning or Demand Planning within FMCG business
• Strong understanding of S&OP, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Proficient in Advanced Excel and ERP systems such as SAP
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
