Planning / Scheduler Manager

Responsibilities

·         Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans using planning tools.

·         Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedule.

·         Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to update project timelines.

·         Identify potential delays, risks, or schedule conflicts and recommend corrective actions.

·         Prepare and present progress reports, project forecasts, and schedule updates to management.

·         Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

·         Ensure planning documentation and reports are properly maintained.

·         Support project teams in improving planning efficiency and workflow coordination.

Requirements

·         Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.

·         Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably in construction or engineering projects.

·         Strong knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

·         Good analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong communication and coordination abilities.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
