Planning Section Head - Arabic Speaker - Immediate joiner only

Position: Planning Section Head

Project: Villa Projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning and project controls.
• Must have extensive experience in villa projects , preferably luxury residential developments.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
• Experience in managing planning engineers and coordinating planning activities across multiple projects or work packages.
• Expertise in baseline programmes, progress monitoring, critical path analysis, delay analysis, recovery plans, and project reporting.
• Strong knowledge of resource allocation, earned value analysis, and contractual programmed requirements.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
