• Responsible for order processing for customers from the US and Europe, including creating customer orders and converting customer orders into official factory production orders accurately;
• Create and maintain production plan. Formulate production plans based on customer orders, delivery requirements and factory capacity. Determine production priority and allocate production resources reasonably.
• Track factory production progress throughout the whole process, update production and delivery status timely, coordinate and resolve order abnormalities;
• Arrange direct shipment or transshipment delivery according to customer requirements and order terms to ensure smooth and on-time delivery;
• Maintain daily communication with European and American customers, respond to customer inquiries and follow up customer demands efficiently. Collect and analyze relevant data & reporting Job Requirements
• College degree or above with more than 3 years of relevant customer service and production planning experience;
• Fluent oral English with the ability to communicate with European and American customers smoothly in daily and business scenarios, good English reading and writing skills;
• Proficient in SAP system operation, familiar with the whole process of order creation, conversion, production tracking and shipment arrangement;
• Familiar with PMC production planning procedures, including production scheduling, progress tracking and delivery management. Good data analysis and sorting skills
• Meticulous, responsible and well-organized, with excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of independently handling order-related matters for overseas customers.
• Familiar with INCOTERMS, capable of calculating full-link costs including logistics and tariffs under different delivery terms and quickly providing customers with suggestions on the optimal shipping solution.
