What they need
About the role
Planning Specialist role focused on production planning, inventory control, and customer delivery management within a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Issue and control daily/monthly production plans, evaluate production delivery feasibility, and monitor delivery risks
- Handle customer order issuance and closures, track production deliveries, follow up on customer goods receipt (GR), and resolve abnormal delays
- Perform stock analysis and control across production line feeding, work-in-progress (WIP), and warehouse balances
- Assist in physical inventory stock takes (stock opname)
- Execute company information security regulations and report security violations
- Complete other assignments assigned by leadership
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related majors
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in production planning (PPIC), master scheduling, or supply chain management
- Advanced English
- Advanced Chinese
