What they need
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directly reports and follows all work-related instructions from the Planning & Warehouse Asst. Manager
- Records all Purchase Orders received from customers
- Prepares daily target monitoring sheet for production
- Generate schedule and strictly monitor output. Make necessary recovery plan once output are not met.
- Ensure proper planning of the external provider's production based on the the customer delivery schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of any course
- With experience in planning and purchasing is an advantage
- Must be analytical and organize
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, etc.)
- With communication and negotiation skills
- Can work under minimum supervision and can work under pressure
