Planning Supervisor

Job Responsibility (Major Job)

• Manage customer relationships and fulfill customer requirements within the assigned product categories.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer requirements.
• Drive and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure production output aligns with customer demand and achieves sales targets.
• Plan and manage monthly and weekly production schedules, raw material preparation, and production capacity to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
• Analyze and plan the procurement of raw materials and packaging materials in a cost-effective manner while ensuring sufficient supply to support production requirements.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to provide updates on sales performance, discuss business opportunities, and identify strategies to increase sales revenue for the company.
• Monitor and follow up on production and delivery activities to ensure that products are manufactured and shipped according to the approved production and sales plans.
• Develop and manage capacity planning for both manpower and machinery to ensure efficient utilization of resources and alignment with production requirements.
• Prepare periodic and monthly production plans and delivery schedules to ensure products are manufactured and delivered in accordance with customer requirements and business objectives.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or other related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management, particularly in raw material planning and production planning, with the ability to effectively support business and operational requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive service mindset and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively listen, speak, read, and write.
